Inventory
During the inventory, we visit your location to make an overview of all control electronics in the machines and stock. We register each module and note the specific details and relevant environmental factors. This forms the basis for further analysis and advice.
Analysis
Based on the collected data, we carry out a thorough analysis by testing the inventoried control electronics on various factors in a calculation model and also analyzing the reserve stock.
Advice
Using the analysis as a guideline, we prepare 2 advisory reports: a revision report and a stock report . In the revision report we divide your installed base into different risk levels. You will receive a clear overview of risk levels A, B & C, of which A is the highest risk and C is the lowest. In the stock report we advise for which modules you should have extra stock.
Performance
After approval of the plan, we proceed to implementation. We start with the overhauls of the modules with risk level A to prevent machine downtime and emergency repairs. We also ensure that the reserve stock is kept up to standard.
